College Football takes overs in the US

Ninety-plus games on the board today and most of them are Week 1 tune-ups. Here is the best one in each window, so you are not choosing between three good games at 3:30.

EntitledSports will publish a daily round-up of all the major games available through streaming and terrestrial broadcast tv or cable for sports fans. You can find the full schedules and ways to watch on the entitledsports.com/schedule.

ECU East Carolina @ ALA Alabama — 12:00 PM ET

NCAAF · Watch on ABC, ESPN Unlimited

Alabama open at home against East Carolina as the biggest brand of the noon window, though nobody is expecting a contest. Tune in for the first look at the Tide this season, not for competitiveness. If you want the close game in this slot instead, Liberty at James Madison is expected to be tight one on ESPNU.

BU Baylor @ AUB Auburn — 3:30 PM ET

NCAAF · Watch on ABC, ESPN Unlimited, Disney+

The best matchup of the afternoon, at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. Auburn open the Alex Golesh era with ten transfers from USF, while Baylor counter with DJ Lagway (former Florida QB) and a passing attack rebuilt through the portal. We expect a shootout in this one.

Wyoming @ Colorado State — 6:00 PM ET

NCAAF · Watch on USA Network

Conference realignment has led to some new rivalry games in the early parts of the season, today we have the Border War — Wyoming and Colorado State have been playing this one since 1899. When both teams were in the Mountain West, this rivalry often went under the radar.

Clemson @ LSU Tigers — 7:30 PM ET

NCAAF · Watch on ABC, ESPN Unlimited

The game of the day. This is Lane Kiffin’s debut in Baton Rouge with Sam Leavitt at quarterback after he led Arizona State to the Playoff in 2024. Clemson arrive off a 7-6 year and hand the offense to Christopher Vizzina at QB. LSU won the last meeting 17-10.

UCLA Bruins @ CAL Golden Bears — 10:30 PM ET

NCAAF · Watch on ESPN, ESPN Unlimited

The late window, and a near coin flip. Cal quarterback Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele threw for 3,454 yards last season, and the Golden Bears beat UCLA 33-7 the last time these two met, as heavy underdogs.

Deep Cuts (7):

These are not nationally covered in some cases. ESPN+ and SEC Network+ are separate add-ons, not part of a normal cable package or an ESPN Unlimited subscription — four SEC programs open their season behind one today.
