1. Who we are

EntitledSports is operated by CTVG LLC ("we", "us"), a company based in California, United States. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. Privacy questions, requests and security reports go to support@entitledsports.com.

This policy covers entitledsports.com and app.entitledsports.com. By using them you agree to the practices described here. Our mobile app is not yet available; this policy will be updated before it launches.

2. Why we pay attention to what you look up

Watching your team in 2026 is genuinely hard. Games are scattered across a dozen services, regional networks, blackouts and markets, and the answer to "where's the game tonight?" changes by ZIP code.

So we learn from what fans do here: the teams and games you look up, the leagues you browse, the links you click, and general location, meaning the first three digits of a ZIP code you enter in our coverage tools or the media market we estimate from your connection. From that activity we make educated guesses about which teams and leagues you follow and which services would actually solve your viewing problem.

We use those guesses for one purpose: serving fans like you better. Surfacing your games first, skipping services that don't work in your market, and pointing you at the cheapest way to watch. These are estimates tied to your browser or device, not to your name, unless you join our mailing list or create an account. And they're deletable: ask, and we'll erase what we've inferred about you.

3. Information we collect

a. Account and mailing-list information

When you subscribe or create an account we collect your email address and, if you provide them, your ZIP code and the leagues you follow. Sign-in is by emailed link, so we never hold a password. We also record when and from which page you signed up, whether the ZIP was typed or detected, and the type of device you used, so we can understand who our subscribers are.

b. Preferences you enter

Tools such as the cost calculator and blackout lookup let you enter your ZIP code and the streaming services and leagues you care about. These inputs are used to answer your question on the page and, in aggregate, to understand what visitors are looking for.

c. Usage and technical data

We automatically collect device type, operating system, browser, IP address, approximate location derived from your IP address (country, region, city and postal code, which we use to show local broadcast options), pages viewed, and how you interact with the site.

d. Analytics and session data

We use Google Analytics 4 and Firebase Analytics for usage measurement and Microsoft Clarity for session recordings and heatmaps of the website. These tools set cookies or identifiers and collect the technical data above. Clarity recordings mask text you type. IP addresses are truncated or discarded by these providers according to their own policies.

e. Affiliate referral data

When you click an affiliate link, the destination service and its affiliate network receive the referring page, a click identifier, the time of the click and the technical data any website receives when you arrive. See section 5 and our Affiliate Disclosure.

What we do not collect

• Passwords. Sign-in is by emailed link.
• Browsing history or activity outside EntitledSports
• Payment card details. We sell nothing directly; purchases happen on the streaming service's own site.

4. How we use information, and on what basis

• To provide the service (contract): showing broadcast options, personalising by your ZIP and leagues, sending the sign-in link and the emails you subscribed to.
• To run and improve the service (legitimate interest): analytics, debugging, security, abuse and bot prevention, and understanding which features and services people use.
• To earn commissions (legitimate interest): attributing subscriptions made through affiliate links, as described in section 5.
• With your consent, where the law requires it, for optional communications. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.
• To meet legal obligations, including responding to lawful requests.

5. How we share information

How we make money

This site is free, and we don't show display ads. We make money one way: when we point you to a streaming service and you sign up through our link, that service pays us a referral fee. The price you pay is the same either way.

What a service learns when you click through: that you came from us. Not your name, not your history here, not what else you looked at. What we learn: that the click happened, which tells us which recommendations actually help fans, and that's the signal we tune the site with.

We will never sell your name, email, or contact information to anyone.

Analytics: Google and Microsoft

To understand how fans use the site, we use Google Analytics. That means an anonymous ID from your browser, and what that browser did here, goes to Google. We do not run advertising campaigns with that data today. If we ever use it to reach fans with our own ads on Google's platforms, which California's privacy law calls "sharing" your personal information, we will say so here first, and the same opt-out covers it.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used: heatmaps and replays of page interactions. Replays mask anything you type. Microsoft's terms allow it to use Clarity data to improve its own products, including advertising, so we treat it the same way as Google.

If you'd rather keep your browser out of all of that, use the "Do Not Share My Personal Information" link in the footer of any page. One click, no account needed. It stops Clarity from loading in your browser and turns off advertising use of analytics data, and everything on the site still works exactly the same.

Who else receives data

• Service providers who process data on our instructions: Google (Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Cloud Functions), Amazon Web Services and WordPress.com (hosting), Microsoft Clarity (session analytics) and Slack (internal notifications of new signups). Each is bound by its own data-processing terms.
• Affiliate networks and streaming services. Referral links run through Amazon Associates and the Impact partner network. Clicking one sends the referring page, a click identifier and the time to the destination and the network so a later subscription can be attributed to us, and they may set cookies on their sites for that purpose.
• Legal requirements: if required by law, subpoena, court order or government request, or to protect the rights, safety or property of users or the public.
• Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We group what the site stores in your browser into three categories, and the cookie banner and the "Cookie settings" link in the footer let you choose which run:

• Essential: first-party storage for things you set or ask for: your ZIP code and market, favorite teams, leagues and services, the services you have, your theme, sign-in and sign-up form state, and your cookie choice. These always run because the features you use depend on them.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (cookies _ga and _ga_*, up to 2 years) and our own anonymous visitor profile (Firebase), which records your favorites, the ZIP codes you use, the country and ZIP detected from your connection, device and browser type and visit counts, without your name or email.
• Ads & recordings: Microsoft Clarity session recordings and heatmaps (cookies _clck, 1 year, and _clsk, 1 day; typed text is masked), and Google's advertising signals for analytics data. We do not show Google ads on the site.

The choices are Accept all, Analytics only and Essential only. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, only essential storage runs until you choose; closing the banner without choosing keeps it that way. In the United States, all three categories run unless you choose otherwise, use the "Do Not Share My Personal Information" link, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal; the last two turn off Ads & recordings and the visitor profile. reCAPTCHA protects sign-up forms, and affiliate destinations set their own cookies after you click through. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer, or block and delete cookies in your browser settings. We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because there is no common standard for them; we do honor Global Privacy Control.

7. Data retention

Account and mailing-list records are kept while your subscription or account is active and deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request. Analytics data is retained by our providers for the period set in their tools, currently 14 months for Google Analytics. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be kept indefinitely. Records of affiliate clicks and disclosure changes are kept for the term of the relevant program plus one year, as those programs require.

8. Your rights and choices

• Opt out of sharing: the "Do Not Share My Personal Information" link in the footer, or a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser, stops Microsoft Clarity, our visitor profile and any advertising use of analytics data. Basic analytics for keeping the site working continues.
• Cookie choices: "Cookie settings" in the footer reopens the banner so you can switch between Accept all, Analytics only and Essential only at any time.
• Delete what we know: email support@entitledsports.com and we'll delete your activity data and everything we've inferred from it, team guesses included.
• Mailing list: every email has an unsubscribe link. Leaving the list doesn't delete your other data unless you ask.
• Cookies: block them in your browser and the site still works; our tools just get worse at remembering your market between visits.
• Access and correction: ask at the same address and we'll show you what we hold or fix it.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA and CPRA: to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold and how we use and share them; to delete it; to correct it; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use any); and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To opt out of sharing, use the "Do Not Share My Personal Information" link in the footer, or email us with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share". We verify requests by confirming control of the email address on the record, and an authorised agent may act for you with written permission. We respond within 45 days.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16, and the service is not offered to anyone under 18.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the legal bases in section 4 apply, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, and data is processed in the United States under our providers' standard contractual clauses.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Sign-in uses single-use emailed links rather than passwords, and write access to our systems is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Age requirement

EntitledSports is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use the service or subscribe, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we hold information about a minor, email support@entitledsports.com and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced by email to subscribers or by a notice on the site, and the effective date above will change. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
