The Premier League is back, and it opens at the Emirates against a club that hasn’t played in the top flight since 2001. Add Apple TV’s Friday Night Baseball doubleheader, three NFL preseason games and a WNBA tripleheader on ION, and today runs from mid-afternoon to well past midnight.

EntitledSports will publish a daily round-up of all the major games available through streaming and terrestrial broadcast tv or cable for sports fans. You can find the full schedules and ways to watch on the entitledsports.com/schedule.

COV Coventry City @ ARS Arsenal — 3:00 PM ET

EPL · Watch on USA Network

The 2026-27 Premier League season opens at the Emirates, where Arsenal host Coventry City in the Sky Blues’ first top-flight match in 25 years. Frank Lampard’s promoted side scored 97 goals in the Championship last season and added Taiwo Awoniyi from Nottingham Forest for some Premier League insurance. Arsenal arrive as Community Shield winners but are still without William Saliba and Jurrien Timber at the back.

ATL Braves @ MIL Brewers — 4:10 PM ET

MLB · Watch on BREWERS.TV, BravesVision, ESPN Unlimited, MLB.TV

The best record in baseball takes on the best record in the NL East. The Milwaukee Brewers (78-49) open a 3-game set with the Atlanta Braves (74-53) at American Family Field, with Milwaukee 4.5 games up on the Cubs in the Central and Atlanta 4.5 up on the Phillies in the East. It’s carried nationally on ESPN Unlimited, which makes it the easiest out-of-market watch on the board this afternoon.

NYJ Jets @ PIT Steelers — 7:00 PM ET

NFL · Watch on NFL Network, NFL+

Preseason Week 2 continues with the NY Jets visiting the Pittsburgh Steelers, minus the reunion everyone wanted. Coach Mike McCarthy has already ruled out Aaron Rodgers and Mason Rudolph against the Jets, handing the night to Will Howard and rookie Drew Allar instead.

TB Rays @ BAL Orioles — 7:15 PM ET

MLB · Watch on Apple TV

Apple TV’s Friday Night Baseball opens with the AL-leading Tampa Bay Rays (76-50) in Baltimore against the Orioles (61-66). Baltimore has dropped 2 straight and sits 1 game back of the final AL Wild Card spot in a race with five teams inside a game and a half. This one is exclusive to Apple TV, so there is no local option tonight.

MIN Lynx @ WAS Mystics — 7:30 PM ET

WNBA · Watch on ION, WNBA League Pass

The Minnesota Lynx (29-7), the first team to clinch a 2026 playoff berth, visit the Washington Mystics (20-14). Washington has been one of the best teams in the league since July but hold the 7th seed by just a half game over the Dallas Wings. Kayla McBride comes in off a 43-point night where she set a league record with 10 threes.
