Terms of Service

1. Introduction

By accessing or using the EntitledSports application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use EntitledSports. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Description of Service

EntitledSports is a free application that aggregates sports broadcast information and provides TV control features. The service helps you find where games are streaming, launch content on your TV, track your subscriptions, and view schedules across multiple leagues.

EntitledSports does not provide streaming content. We link to and facilitate access to third-party streaming services. The actual content is provided by those services under their own terms.

When the app communicates with your TV or streaming device, it does so over your local network using standard discovery protocols. EntitledSports does not collect MAC addresses, network data, Wi-Fi credentials, or any browsing history outside of the app. Devices are identified on our servers by autogenerated UUIDs, not by hardware identifiers. 3. User Accounts

When you create an account with EntitledSports, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• Each person may maintain only one account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EntitledSports in any way that:

• Reverse engineers, decompiles, or disassembles the application
• Scrapes, crawls, or uses automated means to access the service
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation
• Uses the service for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission
• Interferes with or disrupts the service or its infrastructure

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of EntitledSports — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the overall design — are owned by EntitledSports and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Your use of the service does not grant you any ownership rights or intellectual property rights in the service or its content.

All third-party trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and brand features displayed in the EntitledSports application — including but not limited to those of ESPN, Netflix, YouTube TV, Hulu, Apple TV+, Amazon Prime Video, and other streaming services and sports leagues — are the property of their respective owners. EntitledSports is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these third parties. Their marks are used solely for informational purposes to help users identify available content and services.

EntitledSports is provided as a free, informational service for personal, non-commercial use. The application does not generate revenue from the display of third-party trademarks or content. All third-party marks are presented solely to help users identify and locate available programming across streaming platforms.

6. Third-Party Services

EntitledSports links to and interacts with third-party streaming services, including but not limited to ESPN, Netflix, YouTube TV, Hulu, and others. We are not responsible for:

• The content, availability, or accuracy of third-party services
• Changes to third-party pricing, channel lineups, or service terms
• Any issues arising from your use of third-party services

Your use of any third-party service accessed through EntitledSports is governed by that service's own terms and conditions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

EntitledSports is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of broadcast schedules, scores, or channel availability
• That the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• That any particular streaming service or broadcast will be available in your area
• Compatibility with all TV devices or operating system versions

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EntitledSports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through an in-app notice. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to EntitledSports at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your account data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
